BEFORE BOOKING, Please ensure you are aware of the requirements for each service which are located in the 'Product Description'. Brand Names & Colors are the minimum requirements for booking. Failure to provide necessary information can result in a delay in onboarding and a delay in the design process.
PAYMENTS
To acquire all of our services, all orders must be made through VaehDesignedIt.com or via invoices. We also accept Cashapp, Zelle & Apple Pay on a case-by-case basis. All sales are final, and no refunds will be issued unless under our discretion. Payment terms are non-negotiable, with full payment required for all services. Retainers and branding packages may require a 50% deposit.
REFUNDS
All services are NON-REFUNDABLE. Under no circumstance will a refund be given. Prior to the final product completion, Nevaeh will strive to satisfy the client's requirements. For any reason you may need to cancel your project, please let VaehDesignedIt know as soon as possible. If you decide to terminate your project, no refund will be issued. At any time a client becomes difficult to work with or disrupts the design process, the project will be canceled and a partial refund will be issued. For further information, please refer to our "Drafts and Revisions" section.
TURN AROUND TIME
The turnaround time for each service can vary and commences only once all required information is received from the client, not at the time of booking. The average turnaround time is 5-18 Business Days. Projects may possibly be completed before this, as this period is an estimate. It's essential to note that we only operate during business hours, and projects will only be completed during this period. Please take into consideration that we do not work on projects on Sundays or major holidays. Yes, We do Rush Orders with a 1-2 Business Day turnaround. The Rush Fee is $30.
DRAFTS AND REVISIONS
Clients are able to revise a project for a total of two (2) times without a fee. All drafts will be watermarked by VaehDesignedIt before client's approval on the final design. Any additional revisions are $7. Any major reworks of a product is considered a redesign and carries a small fee. Clients have at most 4 revisions and one redesign. After the Client is unable to request more revisions, they must choose a previous revision as their final design.
RESPONSES
To ensure the timely delivery of your project, we kindly ask for efficient and timely communication from both the client and designer. All information must be submitted within 1 week of booking; if this is not done, a late fee of $10 will be charged to the client's balance. Please note that any delay in receiving all the necessary forms from your end will result in a postponement of your project. Additionally, we require efficient and prompt communication from our clients. Failure to respond to messages in a timely manner will also cause delays. *If a client initiates communication after a lapse of 14 days or more from the time of booking without engaging in onboarding, a fee will be applicable to proceed. This is non-negotiable. Please refer to our 'Forms' section for more information.
FORMS
To start the onboarding process, clients must complete our 'New Client Form' with accuracy. VaehDesignedIt will review all projects upon proper submission and approval. Clients must agree to allow VaehDesignedIt to represent their brand/business and use provided photos. Clients must respond to each prompt in every form appropriately and accurately. Freestyle options are not available, and Clients must have an idea/concept for their service(s). Clients who fail to provide detailed information will have to resubmit forms OR your project will be terminated. Responses will be provided within 1-3 business days upon form completion to discuss the project plan. Clients failing to communicate after 7 business days will have their projects archived and delayed. After 30 days, your project will be forfeited and you will no longer be able to book. This decision is non-negotiable.
